Programs & Services

HALO's Mission
is to provide a pathway to self‐sufficiency for those experiencing homelessness in Racine County.

This is accomplished through a variety of Programs & Services offered at HALO or through partner provider associations and organizations. Our professional case management team works closely with program participants in order to create a clear and comprehensive plan of success.

Additionally, we offer a growing number of Social Enterprise Programs. HALO’s Social Enterprises committee is charged with developing under-used shelter facilities with community partnerships for increased revenues and program awareness.
