Donating Items
Serving up to 120 men, women and children each night, our greatest need is our consumables.
Please download a donation form here to bring along with your donated items. Tracking donated items helps HALO to receive grants and other forms of support.
HALO is open 24-hours daily, 365 days a year.

Please note:
HALO has very limited storage space for donations and will often take clothing if it is currently in season or will be very soon!

Our Most Recent  Needs Include:
Diapers in sizes 4, 5 and 6
Twin mattresses
Waterproof twin mattress covers
Clean or new comforters
TV Antenna hook-up

For Our Housing Programs:
Bed Frames (all sizes)
Bedding (all sizes-new or cleaned)
New Pillows
Pots and Pans

Larger Items:
An industrial freezer
Security Cameras
A new Business Phone System to replace existing one--with multiple-line, intercom, paging and voice-mail phones for over a dozen offices and rooms.
Flooring--HALO is entering its tenth year of service in 2015 and desperately needs to replace large areas of flooring in our facilities. We prefer to this in segments, room by room. If you or someone you know is in the flooring business and would like to help with a donation of materials or service, please contact Eric Hill, facilities director at 262-633-3235 xtn. 208. Thank you!

Consider Hosting a Donation Drive:
You, your family, your co-workers, your church... any individual or group can organize and host a Donation Drive for new and unused personal care items used at the shelter daily.

This can be a great alternative to receiving gifts on your birthday!
Use Facebook and other social media to help spread the word. Be sure to let HALO know if you are planning an event in support of our mission so that we can help promote it, too.

Successful donation drives have included Diapers & Wipes, Deodorant Sticks, Feminine Products, New Towels, Linens, Pillows & Blankets, New Socks & Undergarments, Non-Perishable Food Items and more.
