Serving up to 120 men, women and children each night, our greatest need is our consumables. Below is a list of in-kind donations accepted. Please download a donation form here to bring along with your donated items. HALO is open 24-hours daily, 365 days a year.

Shelter Needs

  • Deodorant, Razors, OTC cold & flu medicine for adults and children
  • Laundry Soap (Powder), Kitchen & bath cleaning supplies with bleach
  • White t-shirts
  • Socks/underwear/bras (Lg-3XL esp.) thermal in winter
  • Kleenex
  • Shower Curtains
  • Wash, hand, and large bath towels
  • Combs/brushes for all
  • Milk/cheese/eggs/butter
  • Coffee/sugar/creamer/spices
  • Fresh juices/fresh fruit

Transitional Housing Program Needs

  • Coffee Pots for homes - 4 cuppers
  • Twin bed frames & bedding
  • Regular blankets for TW/DBL
  • Plastic storage containers (Large)
  • Vacuum cleaners
  • Mops & brooms
  • Plates/cups/glass sets/silverware
  • College text books (call ext. 105)
  • GED preparation books
  • New food processors for the kitchens
  • New Nesco's for the kitchens

Family Program

  • Pack n Plays (New or gently used)
  • Disinfectant hand wipes
  • Strong metal/wood hangers
  • Large boxes of breakfast bars/cereal
  • Diapers (sizes 4-6) and baby wipes
  • Large bottles of tempera paint
  • New sippy cups/pacifiers
